1. Eat nuts - lots of calories and good source of healthy fats
2. Drink a 1L of milk a day - again, good source of cals, some proteins
3. Eat Cottage cheese - great source of protein
4. Very limited or NO cardio - I love playing basketball but when going from skinny to built, limit it
5. Squat and deadlift for those matches called legs!!! No better exercises than Compound movements
6. Cheat every once in a while - we need cals, so McDonalds ain't very bad for us
7. Have shake before and after workout
8. Eat meat!!!
9. Don't workout at the gym for two hours, best workout is about a hour long!!!!!!!!

*wears crew neck because of no upper chest crew*
