I figure there couldn't be a better time to start this body transformation. So if you missed out on starting after New Years why not start now? 3 months to look great for Summer. I am looking to start a group on here to join me. It starts Sunday March 1st and ends Sunday May 31st. This gives everyone 1 week to plan. I am wanting to lose 20 lbs of unhealthy nasty fat by Summer but that is just my goal...yours can be different as well as your work out program and nutrition.
-So go buy a big calendar and mark the date! ..also to keep progress
-Get any supplements you want use during your transformation this week
-Go grocery shopping and get your food and throw away all junk food in the house
-Take Before pics this week! Front, Side, and a Back view
-Take measurements and get your body fat %
I think weighing in on every Sunday will be sufficient to keep track of weekly progress. Progress pictures taken 4 times..One at the beginning by March 1st, April 1st, May 1st, and final pictures May 31st.
This will be great if we can get enough people to support and motivate each other.

Goal: Recomp (lower bf, stay above 180)
Height: 6'
Weight: 181lbs
Bodyfat: ~12%
Arms: 14.75 in (flexed)

Sups: Staples along with Ragnarok. May use Mitotropin and/or Lean Xtreme for a cut at the end.

Good to see more people joining in! Most of us have been working out already so if that is the case, no problem at all. But, March 1st is when we start tracking progress on here with everyone.
My pics were just as embarrassing to put up even though you might think yours are worse. For this thread you have to take current pics this week and have them posted by March 1st as well as your measurements. No going half a$$ed either. So, one week should be ample amount of time to prepare, plan and do the pics& measurements.
March 1st, April 1st, May 1st, and May 31st are when we have to post our progress pics.
Every Sunday and ONLY Sunday will be the weigh in. My personal opinion is that daily weigh in's are not beneficial.
Every Sunday you will post your new Body Fat %
As far as the measurements like Waist, Chest etc... what do y'all think? Do them when you have to take the progress pics?
I know some people are following programs... So if you are, go ahead and list it. Others might want to see how it is going for you.
This will be great for comments, suggestions, motivation, and inspiration!

So I had this crazy idea to see if this would keep everybody motivated all the the way to the end. Let me know your thoughts...
How about at the end of our transformation of fat loss and better body on May 31st, we all vote on the person with the Best Body Transformation. I will go as far as paying up to $50 of supplements, through www.bodybuilding.com, to the person who is voted with the
Best Body Transformation. What do you have to lose?.......besides FAT! Would y'all like this idea or am I getting carried away? Input please. There will be some rules along with that if y'all like the idea.

I want to drop bodyfat. Pounds don't matter as much as inches. I just hired a personal trainer and start training with him today. I've been working out for years and am pretty intense. I just need to drop bodyfat.
I'm coming off low carb/keto which works but ended up burning my muscle during workouts and gaining fat in the long run from too many calories. I'm starting the scivation cut diet today. I will have progress pics coming on March 1.

freshonabudget- You might try something like this:
Day1- Chest, Triceps, and shoulders (pushing muscles) w/ cardio afterwards
Day3- Back and Biceps (pulling muscles) w/ cardio afterwards
Day4- Legs w/ cardio afterwards
Then fit in abs whenever you can but remember they need rest too so dont over do it. I can relate to the schedule. Sometimes I am always flying and have to put in a 16hour day and then get into a hotel really late. It just makes the nutrition part even more important so you can keep your metabolism up.
