I have just been delivered Animal Test, M-Stak and Pump. I plan on stacking them all. I have read many reviews and felt that Universal's products have had many positive outcomes on the workouts over several people. What convinced me was a friend of a friend whom I know that is currently taking Universal's products. He said his gains are incredible and he looks shredded.
I am going to start my 21-day cycle starting tomorrow. I plan on gaining 10-15lbs of muscle. Currently I weigh in at 170lbs. When I first started working out seriously I was 140. My life changed, and now I want to better myself even more.
I did a back workout today, tomorrow I am doing chest. I will keep you all posted on my results.

(Kevin) Univeral Animal Test
Wow 140 to 170, that's must have been a life changing experience.
I was looking into Universal Animal Test product this week and thinking about taking it. I've got two questions for you man;
How many cycles have you taken this before?
Did you notice any side affects or heard anything from your friends who have taken this?

This will be my first cycle, I've taken other products before and had success. I want to try this because of the hype and positive things I hear from it, and the friend I know who has taken it is a beast.
He hasn't said anything negative about it or mentioned any side effects. I am starting my cycle today so I will inform you if any side effects occur, within the next few days.

2/16 Back / Bi's - Day 14 Animal Cycle
I took the weekend off due to being sick, trying to re-cooperate I just relaxed watched television and ate a bunch of food. I felt like I would have a good lift, but as I began to work the minor sickness I have set me back a bit. Not to mention that my iPod was dead, so the motivation I usually receive from it was deceased
Pull Ups
2x15
1x10
Deadlift
135 - 1x12
275 - 1x6
305 - 1x6
315 - 1x4
335 - 1x1
I wanted to shoot for 335x6, but I knew I wouldn't after the 315x4...this is where I noticed the sickness set me back, I was overheating a little and took a seat and drank some water. A little disappointed, but I realize that I'm still under the weather so I know it wasn't due to lack of work. As I attempted 335 after I locked out the 1 rep, I decided to rack the weight, I was sweating my balls off, and drank more fluids.
There was no way in hell I was not going to finish my workout.
Lat. Pull Down (Parallel Grip)
110 - 1x10
180 - 2x8
180 - 1x6
Upset here, I usually can do alot more, and my grip kept slipping toward the end.
Seated Cable Row
120 - 1x10
170 - 1x10
180 - 1x10
200 - 1x8
After the seated rows, I began to feel a little better, I think I sweat out some of the sickness. I had a little more energy at this point although my nose was still a little stuffy.
Immediately after the Rows, I began my exhaustion set. Alternating back and forth w/o rest from Lat. Pull Downs to Seated Rows. I did 4 sets.
110, 90, 70, 50 - on both machines to exhaustion on each set.
Standing Hammer Curls (Dumbbells)
35 - 1x10
40 - 2x10
E-Z Bar Standing Curls
85 - 1x5
65 - 2x10
Overall it wasn't an awful workout, it was pretty solid. This cold has beaten me up a bit and I just need to recover, hopefully tomorrow I will feel a little better and have a more successful workout.
