weight is relative. Now if your max is double that, then yeah, you probably are breathing wrong.
Chances are, you're holding your breath during some or all of the lift. Which can help you get up more weight, but also naturally makes you start gasping for air when you're done.-

4-5 times will still leave some to be desired form wise. Just keep trying. The ol' saying 'practice makes perfect' does apply here.
I wouldn't consider 4-5 times 'a while'. I'm not sure what i would consider 'a while' (just for the record) but I think you are selling yourself short. I doubt a baseball player gave up trying to hit the ball out of the park after 4-5 tries.-

Deadlifts Vs. Romanian Dead Lifts
I am fairly new to the weight lifting world. I have been trying to find (unsuccessfully) what is the difference between deadlifts and romanian deadlifts. They look the same to me since I have been only lifting for a few months and have not obtained much knowledge yet.
Is there any differences between them and if so what? I would like to be able to do these properly and to know what areas each excercise targets.
Thank you.

Romanian concentrates more on the hamstrings glutes and lower back and involves little leg drive. Knees stay relatively straight(never locked out) and bend at the hip.

Regular dead lifts, you bend the knees more( less bend at the waist) and use more quads to drive with the legs.

The exrx website is an excellent resource.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I have a question, I am doing 3x5 deadlifts but starting from the second set, the last one going up I struggle and I'm concerned about my form during the last one. I kind of feel that my back is rounding during this time.
I don't have a spotter or someone to watch me at this time but when I go back on Tuesday I'll have someone to confirm this for me.
Should I just use lower weight so that my last rep is not a struggle?
