    **** this ****

    i don't eat oatmeal for a month i don't care how much you neg me


    this ****ing oatmeal ****s my whole day, it takes a long time to make it, and I hate to eat it so I chug it with water, but it takes too much time, like 20-25 min
    **** it, i'm still going to eat a lot, but i'm going to substitute oatmeal with something else

    and i'm going to start eating beans, high protein high fibre high carb



    any suggestion to what to eat instead of oatmeal?

    oats and brown rice have like a year expiry date.

    thats the only downside to oats and bananas. . i hate it when i go to take some bread, and i find some blue mold on it.
