Are herbs like tongkat ali, horny goat weed or ginkgo biloba any use for teens when trying to boost t-levels?

You're 18, why the f*ck do you want more testosterone? Want to find yourself foaming at the mouth while humping a wall, not knowing how you got there?
To answer your question, no, those herbs won't do anything. Heavy lifting already provides enough of a hormone boost to support muscle growth.I love beer too much.

alot of the poeple in the nutrition section are "know it alls" that stay on this forum for 4 hours a day so they feel they have the right to be complete dicks, but to answer ur question their are different herbs that are known to increase test levels, as far as i know the ones u listed would be a waste of money and making sure u get enough saturated fats iron and zinc would help you out alot more. Also you can get a good increase in testosterone just by making your workouts more "intense". Its been proven that activities that require full effor "sprints, plyos, heavy lifting" are great for increasing natural t-levels

google is a better source of info than the bs that you get on here
"As far as proven methods of raising testosterone, the following are all accepted boosters -
- Drink skim milk, which is an androgenic.
- Never drink more than three alcoholic beverages in the same day.
- Sleep at least eight hours per night.
- Get at least 30% of your daily calories from fat, mostly monounsaturated." <<<< nuts
"- Eat at least five meals per day, and make sure to get enough calories (all hormone production is inhibited by hunger).
- Lift your weights at 85% of your max with a 3-count rhythm (each movement should take three seconds). The strain on your muscles causes your body to release more muscle-building testosterone."

We do know that transient [not necessarily chronic] increases are seen but are precipitously dependant upon the combined volume, intensity and/or inter-set rest protocols used - which many don't do to begin with.
You'd probably hate to know that drinking your whey shake before or taking your NO-pump product can blunt the anabolic responses to exercise too. lolIt is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
