You could start by actually eating some calories. At 147lbs, consider yourself lucky if you have any shoulders at all.

You're likely referring to how his shoulders looked in Troy, with the muscles all ropey under the skin, right? You have to hit all the heads on your deltoids and you have to do your Hilters (front dumbbell raises). Do your Hilters, follow it up with side laterals and military press and do it often.
