i want to buy ON 100% casein what do u say about banana flavor?
i also heard that this protein doesnt mix so well is it right?

I have had vanilla and chocolate, I liked both flavors. I heard people didnt like the banana flavor very well, but taste varies. As for mixing, I was using a blender bottle which worked very well. ON casien is pretty thick, which is one of the reasons I like it.Originally Posted by bestman1

The banana flavor is very good for some(depends who you talk to) and our casein is one of the thickest proteins out. Use a blender or add more water to your shake. My favorite out of the casein flavors is chocolate, but many enjoy the banana.

Vanilla is the way to go because you can always doctor it to taste like other flavors, it mixs great imo.

Its hard to mix, as is any casein though.
The thickness is decedent

Banana tastes good and it mixes pretty well for me. No complaints here - just be sure to use a shaker cup.

casein isnt hard to mix, just after being in the fridge abit it is thick, try and leave it out 10-15 mins before drinking.
