Cant stand the taste of eggs anymore, is it ok if i blend them into my morning shake?
Every time I even hear the word "eggwhite" it makes me wana puke. I found a way to down them quickly was to mix them with a couple cups of milk and a banana, and then just have some whole carbs on the side....
Will blending the egg whites impair the way they are normally digested and lower the quality of their usual nutritional benefits?

durr.. Forgot to mention that. Yes, I hard boil them before i blend them..
I'm just questioning whether blending them will change their nutritional quality.

Well, literally speaking, this stuff has the most atrocious taste that will ever accost your mouth. The trick is not to smell it while your drinking it. I made one for my training partner yesterday and he puked, literally, eight times while drinking it.

just get your protien from something else no one is gonna make you eat egg whites, if you can't stand them grab a can of salmon or something, and for the salsa guy, some salsa too
