Whats the best fat burner out there right now with the least side affects? Im thinking of picking one up too speed up my fat loss. I never taken any supplements before other then just natural protein powder. Im pretty sure i am supplement senstive though because i remember taking fish oil caps and feeling anxiety after.....dont ask LOL, there not really supplements though, but i do get anxiety just naturally from time to time though. But is there anything out there right now that works really well you guys reccomend?

My friend got nice results from lipo6... but eh he was working out hard and his diet was in place... hard to tell if that stuff even works at all. You gotta commit, taking pills dont do much unless its some hardcore shyt like cell tech that jackz up your f1bras

Lipo-6 is generally considered the best, but the most important thing in losing weight is:
- Caloric deficit of at least 500 or more (if you can handle it)
- Strict diet
- Schedules of when to eat, how to eat, how much, proper ratios, etc.
- Schedule your cardio
- Figure out proper cardio, proper weight burning zone, learning how to do HIIT for yourself
I think a lot of people rely on fat burners, but a strict workout and diet is what got me into shape

There are no miracles out there, just hard work and dedication, will win it every time.. The only problem is no one like to deal with all that. There is a reason why most of us are NOT in shape, its not easy. But every one on this forum could be ripped if there bodys were doing the right things. Physically it may be possible, mentally it would be basically impossible to push most of us to that level.

To everyone who says that all you need are diet and exercise, I agree to a point. However, I do think fat burners have a place. Fat burners are useful when it becomes difficult to comply with your diet and exercise regimen. When I'm on a diet, I can get to a certain BF% pretty easily with just hard work and dedication, but at some point, I just start feeling hungry and a bit lethargic all the time. That's when my compliance starts to slip, and that's when fat burners become extremely useful. IMO, the best aspect of a fat burner is the appetite suppressant. The extra energy allows you to keep exercising with intensity too.
I loved the E/C stack and will definitely do it again. It's inexpensive too.

Well, as far as over the counter fatburners, I don't really think anything you can buy is going to do anything significant for you other than a psychological boost. Like others said it's just going to come down to your diet and training. That being said other then the common EC stack, your best bet would be researching clen or dnp, but then that all depends on where you're at in your training.
**Nevermind noticed you were 17. EC stack with good diet and training.Last edited by Deuce7788; 08-08-2008 at 06:46 AM. Reason: Didn't see age

well, I agree with you yet again Tiffany_P. I was formulating my answer and then read yours... agreed.
Hard work and diet are by far the most important, and fat burners can be a crutch or distraction, but ECA can give you a boost. I have also tried Hydroxycut Hardcore and it seems to work pretty well, but so much more expensive than ECA! At 202 lbs you don't really need a fat burner unless your diet and exercise are already chugging along really well, so concentrate on those primarily.Buck Fifty or Bust!
current stack:
NitroTech Hardcore
BodyFortress SuperAdvanced
TwinLab AminoFuel 1000
Twinlab Ripped Fuel
and good ol' Green Tea

It is true, and everyone knows that diet and exercise are the most important when cutting (diet moreso IMHO).....but you cannot tell me that the Tri lean system does not work. I started taking it July 1st and it exploded me through my plateau.
Seriously, the only reason i took it was because a guy at work had been taking it and I saw the fat melting off him, and he doesn't exercise at all. So I knew if he was having those results, a gym rat like me would too! And it works.

CLA long term, perhaps? Because not only does it lose bodyfat over time, but it will also add a few pounds of muscle, since it helps reduce muscle breakdown so that muscle repair and gains are enhanced. More muscles, more daily calorie intake required.
I've heard amphetamine is the most effective, but it will ruin your teeth, possibly **** up your skin, and put a strain on your health, long term.Last edited by NWOG; 08-08-2008 at 01:59 PM.

Well, a fat burner isn't going to help you "lose fat fast." It will help you a little, but they are only as effective as the diet and exercise you do while you use them. To paraphrase Tiffany_P, if you are hitting a wall with diet and exercise then perhaps get one.
Personally, if you get anxiety from fish oil, skip the fat burner and tighten up your diet.
EDIT:: You may just want to use some green tea. You can pick it up at any drug store, and it's natural so hopefully no anxiety for you.Last edited by Wild_Weasel; 08-08-2008 at 02:51 PM.

Bodybuilding .com has got you covered man. Just go to the store and choose your goal and it will narrow your selections. If you are worried about anxiety maybe a non stimulant based burner?
I'm trying these next:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/man/scorch.html
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/man/vap.html
Vaporize is a non stimulant, I hear they are pretty good. I've used Animal Cuts and they are very good IMO. But I agree with the others also, this coming from a fat guy. In my head there is always thoughts about what if this sup really works and I could leave this sh**** life behind me. And god knows how much $ I have waisted in my search. But in the end it comes down to how much you really want it and how hard you are willing to work for it. Losing weight will kick your ass if your not strong enough. I would know I used to say every few months todays the day I will start losing this weight only to be miserable for a week then going back to my old ways.
At that time I wasn't strong! I would go rite to the sup section and buy the latest greatest lose 50lbs in 5 mins pills. But then I woke up! and I beat into my head that the only true way to burn the fat is to diet and exercise. No sup IMO will every match a PERFECT diet. I was 330lbs when I "woke up" Oh and don't overtrain ! LOL I did and tore an ACL now I cant do sh*t rite now.
Anyways!!! Diet 60% Exercise 30% Supplements 10%
Diet and Exercise The cheapest and best supplement EVER
