    Scales or whatttt

    Ive been training for ages now and ive gotten bigger, i have a chest which ive never had my arms are getting much bigger atm there my best muscle group.

    The scales never seem to get higher i always stay at the same weight, ive gained 5lbs since taking animal pak m but still.

    I get bigger in the mirrior ive seen my arms get igger over the months but the scales dont see that, how does this work adding muscle and loosing fat maybe? ive seen other people like this i would just like to know.

    Well you have to realize.... your arms aren't that big as a muscle group. So adding an inch might not even be half a pound of muscle added to the arm.

    same but with the chest also my legs ive put muscle on, well aslong as im seeing gains then thats good anyways

    i highly doubt that a few months is "ages."

    who cares about the actual weight? your getting bigger...losing fat...your just replacing the weight of fat with muscle...i havnt weighed myself in like 3 almost 4 months now...
