Need Protein in meal 2 and 9am meal
Why the apple at 11:30 if you ate at 11?
Not a fan of the processed Lean Cusine
Need carbs at 1pm meal
8pm meal add protein
Thats a start seems like your meals are very close together, eat larger meals and cut them back to 6-7meals per day

porb answered in the past 10 pages but..
more carbs, less protein, + patienceI am new.
My desire is to keep this hobby my whole life, and turn it into a career by going to school for something in the health, fitness and nutrition field.
Thanks for any help.

How's your water intake matty???
I'm doing like 1 gallon of water and the equivalent of 1 gallon in Fanta Zero and Coca-cola zero daily...2 gallons of liquid plus shakes,i'm really upping my shakes Whey/WMS because i'm bloating way too much with all that solid food...But i still try to shoot for as much solid food as i can...
