Need Protein in meal 2 and 9am meal
Why the apple at 11:30 if you ate at 11?
Not a fan of the processed Lean Cusine
    Need carbs at 1pm meal
    8pm meal add protein

Thats a start seems like your meals are very close together, eat larger meals and cut them back to 6-7meals per day

    I am new.

My desire is to keep this hobby my whole life, and turn it into a career by going to school for something in the health, fitness and nutrition field.

    Thanks for any help.

meal 1-5 needs a solid protein source.. even if it is a can of tuna or 4 oz of chicken or something

    drop the lean cuisine crap

the pwo meal add more carbs in... maybe oats or even dextrose pwo

add a lean protein source to the almonds.. pre bed looks good

what would you recommend for protein sources in meals 1-5 those are when i'm in summer school *til noon* and that makes eggs pretty impossible after its over i'll have alot of eggs in my diet. Something portable would be nice I have the big100 protein bars, should i bring a few of those?
