I hear everyone saying theri biceps are 14-21 inches, etc. how exactly do u measure them from what to what????

Im 17
37 waist
Im maybe 10 pounds overweight but then again those charts mean nothingif its muscle, so Im ok there
I have beenworkingon my biceps in and out non consistently for 2 years. but onsistently since may of this year.. Again like I said I can do about 45 lb arm curls??? so what do u think???
