    Writing for our magazine

Hi. This is my first post to the bb forums and I would like to ask for advice truly. My college recently established a magazine distributed by students, with all experience and information I got I thought to take the chance to write in that magazine. I basically like to help. Anyway, for me to write in that such magazine under the topic "Fitness & Nutrition", I really don't know from where do I start. I'm thinking I might miss something or what so ever. However, here are the things currently in consideration:
    1) Introduction (includes motivations)
    2) Topic "Pitfalls Starting a Fitness Program"
    3) Topic "Truth About Fast Food"
    4) Topic "Protein & Carb & Fat etc."
    5) Topic "Things You Want To Know About Water"
    4) Chart "Foods that doesn't go with or suit your blood type"

I still have 1 months forward, so I thought to start writing for that magazine. I just want to know what to write and I don't want to talk about exercising so much or maybe at all. Help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Kind Regards, Faisal.

In fact, your best bet would be to get off this website and go do some actual research. This is a great place for swapping ideas and sharing experiences, but if you are planning on writing for a periodical (even student-published) you need to have better sources than an internet forum.
