Grew up half my life in India (Andhra Pradesh) but moved to Sydney as a student but been living in Chadstralia for over 15 years. I studied mechanical engineering and work as a senior engineer at a leading energy company so I do make decent bank.

Regarding my dating history I'm pretty much incel - only poosey I get is from escorts. Did date a few 2-3/10 Indian grills but it never really goes anywhere and I end up getting ghosted or I ghost them, primarily because I can't handle the mundane conversations I have with them relating to the dumb sh*t they do in their lives or they are too left winged for my taste. I could squat around 160-170kg ish but now I don't squat more than 100kg by choice to retain my knees lol, I do more reps.
I could bench 130ish but again now I don't do more than 70-80kg. I don't care about lifting anywhere near what I used to in my younger days, if anything it fuks up your body if your technique ain't perfect. I rather play sport or go running.

These aren't amazing numbers by misc standards but whatever I was happy

I'm weak AF so those numbers are impressive to me lol But I agree as we get older going lighter is the way to go to avoid injuries.
