Quest bars make me take some really girthy dumps

1)Drink more water

2)Soluble fiber. This gels up. Meta mucil, oatmeal, beans, etc.


I didn't know they had 15 grams though, I might start eating those because I have trouble getting fiber.

Avocados are great - surprisingly they have 10+ grams for a medium sized one. Probably a lot healthier than all the crap that’s in a shelf-stable bar.

The legendary, fabled ghost wipe... it's the best, mang. Maybe these Quest bars will kill me early with cancer, but it can't be any worse than 90% of the other processed chit on shelves.

You don't have to eat quest bars though. Beans and oatmeal provide a lot. Avocados, meta mucil, almonds, etc.



I eat 2 servings of this. 14 grams of fiber there, but it's soluble fiber. So you'll be wiping.

Over half of it is insolvable. Just throwing it out there. I started eating one most days and things down there are vastly improved.

Biggest issue with Quest Bars are the price and the use of erythritol. Studies have shown erythritol is associated with blood clots and other heart issues.

What flavors did they used to have? I only see bars that look like versions of a chocolate cookie bar, an oreo style bar, and one called "birthday cake" flavor. Then some stuff like chocolate mint in other products that aren't literal bars.

Apple pie, Mixed Berry, Vanilla Almond Crunch, one more I'm forgetting. I prefer fruity bars over decadent chocolatey stuff
