I turned into the guy who carries my gym bag around with me in the gym for my old man gear. Belt, knee sleeves, and chalk. Though I try to be subtle and non-douchey about it. Got yelled at and kicked out of an Anytime Fitness a few years ago for the chalk lmao

Well when i look at some of the strongest guys in the real world, the legs do not match the poundages.....they are just great at squats.
they train like powerlifters and are strong.

Honestly neither at this point.

There was a time when strength was very important to me. But I'm not there anymore.

More weight just means more that I have to lift every week for a stimulus.
