Today was my first bloat day: 5/12/2024.
I'm doing the Fierce5 Intermediate program found in the Workout Forum. It's a Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri type of program.
I'm pairing up the workouts so I only lift twice a week, and free to do Muay Thai on other days, but it was a ruff first day, ngl.
Followed it up with a proper bloat: BBQ Brisket, pork ribs, potato salad, mac & cheese, and a fruit smoothie laced with protein.

May or may not have just started some suppies this week
Did a 315 for 12 pause bench set this week have a set at 325 this week
Can do the whole stack on tricep pressdowns for 20 reps need to get an additional loading pin
Deadlift is coming back up to did a 440 x 12 pause set pausing right off the ground each rep. Only been squatting and deadlifting for 5 weeks lol
I'm a madman ahhhhhhhh!!!
