Not that it matters, but what test can I take to prove this is my bodies own testosterone?
Anyone who wants to wager $100 I will match your $100 and we both place it with www.escrow.com and take the test. If the testosterone is exogenous then you win and if not, then I win. Deal?
Unlike many on this forum, I do not lie. I know that is a foreign concepts to most of you.6'5" 210 lbs, 10.9% body fat

I understand people not believing my test is natural. I also understand people not believing I'm 6'5" 10.9% bodyfat and the body of a Greek god in my 50's with my screen name being my real name. It does seem a little far fetched. Add to that I've signed ten tax returns in a row with the lowest gross profit of $1.2mm and highest 2.3mm. Of course that was back when you guys were in gradeschool and a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house could be bought for $70k.
Not that it matters, but for grins and an interesting thread which has the dual purpose of making you look silly, I have created the email address PaulJeromeNaturalTestosterone@yahoo.com
Pick the lab test you want me to take (this is my lab: https://tinyurl.com/2mjvuukv ). Add $100 to www.escrow.com and place your bet that I provide you with something showing I'm on T and then give me your email and I will add $100 to www.escrow.com and place the bet that my testosterone is 100% my own.
I will accept as many $100 wagers from as posters who dare to risk.
The gauntlet has been thrown, son.
Thanks man.6'5" 210 lbs, 10.9% body fat

Assuming the test for free t is accurate(some tests can be very inaccurate) then it means your total test is high but your SHBG and albumin are driving your free t levels down. Think of it as total t is you net worth(properties, 402k, bank account, etc.) and your free t is your bank account. Your total levels are high but those are not readily accessible for your body. As long as you feel good that’s the main thing.

This is an example of weaseling out the door and trying to save face, right?
It's ok, I'll let you walk away with your chest puffed out and not taunt you any more.
I don't know the danger of high shbg and I don't know what proviron or anavar are, but your post is appreciated and will look into.
Going to stay natural as long as I can.
Thanks man. I'm all out of reps.
Thanks man. Yes, I feel great. Mood is great. Strength is waning but still great. And wake up with an EMB. All's good, for now.6'5" 210 lbs, 10.9% body fat

JTaylor with the most helpful comment in this thread. Thanks! Repped you a day late because I was out of reps yesterday.
Albumin levels were probably high because I didn't drink any water that morning and instead just drank an energy drink. I read that being dehydrated increases albumin levels. I drink at least one entire gallon of water every day. Didn't drink before the test because I thought instructions were not to eat or drink for 12 hours.
SHBG can be lowered with Boron. The other things it suggested: magnesium, vitamin D, fish oil, zinc, calcium, and tongkat ali i'm already taking, so will add 10mg Boron to the mix.6'5" 210 lbs, 10.9% body fat

No problem bro. Not familiar with hydration effects on albumin but I would say it’s good to be hydrated for your bloodwork, especially if that’s the state you spend most of your time in. It will also help with your hematocrit levels since hydration plays a huge role in that. And out of curiously, why would you not drink water due to instructions…but would drink an energy drink? Makes no sense as water is fine but all the stuff in energy drinks would likely affect results.
I have heard of people using boron to lower SHBG with success, but not sure if that’s a longterm solution. Also, if you are already taking those other things yet still have high SHBG levels it’s likely due to your body regulating your testosterone. Yes there are other factors that can raise or lower SHBG to affect free testosterone, but at the same time a huge role of it is to do that very thing…which is lower free testosterone if your body thinks it’s at a higher than needed level. You may be fighting a losing battle with trying to lower it. But again, if you feel good physically and mentally then no real need to change too much.+positive crew+
