But lately dealerships are willing to negotiate prices because their sales have taken a slump.

You can negotiate a set of tires that normally sell for $600 and get the dealership down to $500 and they'll offer free tire rotations when you get your oil changed... which they also will allow you to haggle over the price of the oil change.


Used to buy my tires from Costco, now I get them from the dealership cause it's a better overall value.
