Will just install the my work messaging app on my phone and then take my work laptop there and have it on a table if I get messaged I’ll quickly come to my work table

Your work can track when you are logged into your laptop.

If the gym has everything you need to get in a great workout at your preferred time of day plus whatever amenities you value and you can easily afford it, then I'd say it's worth it. For me, I'd rather (and do) keep investing in my home gym.

That is fuking insane. I know those high class gyms usually charge somewhere in the $100+ range, but unless you're getting specialized personal training, it's not worth anywhere near that price. Most srs lifters don't need all the bullchit "amenities" these gyms provide. Fuk the spin classes. Fuk the steam room. Fuk the smoothie bar. Just find a gym with some rusty weights and lift. You shouldn't be spending more than $40 per month MAX and that's even a stretch.

They are giving me 4-5 free personal training so after 2 months I can just cancel so that in it self is worth it
