    First off the sulfur in the eggs is negligible as it combines with iron in the yolk to form iron sulfate upon digestion.

    Sulfur has only been shown to affect the ALDH pathway en vitro. This was not replicated in high sulfur containing foods minus one study with garlic.

    Vitamin A in its natural form of retinol and retinoic acid do not accumulate in our tissues. The body will eliminate it naturally through bile.
