I don't doubt the health benefits stated, however you can probably get 90% of those benefits from foods purchased at a 1/4 of the price.
My grandfather and great grandfather lived to 100 both eating and drinking raw milk and cheeses and butchering their own beef and chicken (eggs too). They ranched cows in mexico, lived a low stress life, and smoked and drunk a ton up into their 80s and 90s.

In case anyone is curious and goes out to buy raw dairy, your insides aren’t used to this and you’ll probably chit yourself. I’m sure eventually you’d adjust, but just a heads up not to pound some raw milk and cream then go on a date, unless you’re trying to pull a Vince McMahon.
Also how do you digest lactose so easily? That trait is almost exclusively to certain European whites, mainly the descendants of Viking folk. Vikings ability to actually absorb the nutrients from dairy was believed to be part of the reason they were so imposing and large compared to others back in the day.Lurking since '05 - the days of VS gorilla/cloud/goku threads

Nice bro!!!!
Yea and unwashed eggs from the farm (sometimes there's still feathers and some **** on mine), DO NOT have to be refrigerated. Mines been sitting on my desk for weeks. Eat them raw no problem.
If you really wanna get jacked and healthy, try sheep milk. It has double the fat and protein of regular cow milk. It's expensive as hell though so I only but some every 2 weeks.
How far is the closest farm or drop off near you?

Sheep milk is epic. It's thicker than regular milk. It's definitely more satiating than cow milk.
Goat milk is good too.
Sheep and goat milk and cheese are less allergenic than cow:
• Sheep and goat milk are naturally homogenized with small fat globules, otherwise, extra bile is needed to homogenize fats for further breakdown by lipase.
• Lower A2 casein protein, more A1 genetics, compared to many cows.
• Short and medium chain fatty acids are easier to digest and more beneficial.
• Less sugar and lactose to digest
Sheep’s milk is denser than cows;
1 Cup:
Sheep
• 15 grams protein
• 17 grams fat
• 13 sugars
Cow
• 8 protein
• 8 fat
• 11-12 sugar
The ratios are more important here, not density, as you can just drink more cow milk and cows produce more, while the extra water is valuable for hydration.
Higher fat content has high nutritional value and is often needed in extra quantities, which is why we have butter.
This fat has cholesterol that is the basis of all steroidal hormones: reproductive and adrenal.
.
Cholesterol has many roles in the body and especially concentrated in the brain and is crucial for good skin.
Fat is also crucial for absorption of vitamins A and D, both essential for skin health and much more.

O hell yes brother.
Have you dabbled in keffir?
Keffir IMO is much healthier than milk. I'm like 75/25 keffir but I'm always changing. Some days I crave thick keffir. Some days I crave regular milk.
Keffir is just fermented milk. More bacteria and enzymes and everything is pre digested already from formation.
Sheep keffir is thick as hell son. Buffalo keffir is chunky too.
Put some raw honey and fruit in there and it's absolutely delicious!!!
And yes the cheese should be unsalted. Put some raw honey on it and it taste amazing.
Try raw meat. I can 100% guarentee you'll never....and I mean ever go back to cook food.
You can eat 2lbs of raw meat in 1 sitting and not even feel it in your stomach. It's digests so well. Zero bloating like cooked food. Zero lethargic crashes. I promise you with my life.
