yes sir..i got my long term goal of 500 on new years eve ..i was so happy..there is a video of it. Playlist Deads Only ..I finally pulled 490 again this week. Hitting my 500lb goal i think took a lot of fire and passion out of me because, well...I hit my goal..BUT i got that 490 and it felt good.

Thanks..im always 250s under normal circumstances. When i started back workingout in early 2021 i was eating super clean everyday.AND not much. So i started losing weight. I got down to 218 which ive not been that low since the 90s. BUT eventually my body got use to workingout and eating well and so i started gaining again. THEN in order for me to lift heavy like I was wanting i noticed i needed to gain a little more. So I up my calories a little more and BOOM im back to 250s..I gain weight REALLY easily. I think I have a video of me doing 370ish on incline if you wanna check. Ive also moved 270s sitting barbell shoulder press. 100lb dumbbells for reps of 10 shoulder press..AND a few other cool things. I have accomplished so much and really proud of myself. So many never push their limits,especially when they get over 30. So in my early 50s im proving its possible..Heck and some days I hardly eat..So doing it with little calories at times too..lol...Its raw determination honestly..I have things to prove to myself and accomplish. Time is moving fast..

Well back in 2010 my wife and I had a really REALLY rough patch in our marriage and since then a couple more. Ive gotten to a point though with age where Im not letting anyone hurt me anymore..and Im on a mission. My shoulders are well enough to let me lift..Also, Ive been diagnosed with low blood platelets and i guess my liver is OR could be an issue at some point. Dont know..My time here is limited more than ever. So...I have goals to get done. I have things to do. If im going to die early "not saying I am" i want to go out knowing i accomplished everything I wanted to..
