Leg drive isn't cheating to begin with as it doesn't contribute to the pressing motion. A bench press is well, a press: combination of upper arm adduction, shoulder flexion and elbow extension. Your legs do NONE of those functions.

I do the feet off floor variation of chest presses very infrequently, usually to manage some aches and pains. You're forced to use less weight but get similar stimulus.
