just bought animal pak

pretty much. The only time youd exceed 1 pack is if ur in a precontest training or during some serious powerlifting.

The Red Pill Contains Stimulants Not Hormones.I Don't Think Animal Stak Is The Best Choice For Your Age,Perhaps Animal M-Stak Would Do Better.

i take single multis at night as well. I totally agree with you about pissing them out. I take them in the mornings as well, but that's when my pee is the yellowest and you can smell the multis too... really weird.

Although these are both good ideas and probably work in most cases. Each pill in Animal Pak has it's own coating for time release. So regardless of when you take Animal Pak, your body will use those nutrients to their fullest.

EDIT: Not saying you shouldn't take it at night, just saying it's further proof that you can take it whenever.

I have usually taken one pack in am and then one about 8 or so hrs later.If you are looking for a nice pick me up as soon as you awake,try this.Take two or three uni-livers right before you go to sleep.

I don't feel the need to take Two Animal Paks per day. So I'll stick to just taking one before bed.

I think the animal pak help alot the only problem is i gag on the big pill because that just to much pill to take at one time.
