Pro Tip: Don't commit a federal felony by shipping a gun direct to someone in another state without going through an FFL.
Nobody cares about gun sales that go through an FFL. There are whole websites dedicated to facilitating just that, actually
Okay, not nobody. The truly cancer, public platforms like fkbook don't allow them, but nobody needs to be on any of that crap anyway

a guy I work with, his friend needs some assistance.
the guys father Passed away and he inherited 130 plus firearms. the father had his FFL, in the collection i guess there are some un serialized machine guns, and some antiques. Supposedly there is a Chi-com AK47 in there valued over $100k. The guy applied for his FFL, but is also looking to sell some of the collection where would be the best bet to do that, vs allow it to go to the gubment. Gunbroker?
any help is appreciated. I would prefer this go to a collector than some gun store in this commie stateStats 6'6" 245lbs

I've heard of people using online auction houses to sell gun collections, it wouldn't surprise me if there are groups that specialize in it. I've also seen it mentioned that Cabela's will buy whole collections. Gunbroker is not a bad option, it would just take a bit of time on the seller's part. If the guy is "gun guy" I would bet that he can get more money selling them himself versus using a service.

Normally I just tell people to buy, but that seems like a lot of rifles to store. How easy is it for you to sell them?
In my state I can do a private sell face to face easy enough, but that assumes I can find a local buyer. Also, if you are buying and selling a bunch, the ATF may consider you a dealer and you could run afoul of the law. I've never looked into that closely because I rarely sell, but I know it has come up.
From an investment perspective I guess it would come down to whether the return was worth the hassle of storing, and how much you could net with shipping and transfer fees taken out.SAAVM CREW

This chit is depressing. I was in CT when Sandy Hook happened, it really shook up the state and our reps passed a lot of laws after the fact. With the current political climate, I don't know how this won't end without more restrictions.
I feel for the kids, and the parents that lost them or had ones injured in this. Absolutely brutal.Misc Firearms Crew

Brahs, looking to complete my kit. So far I got the Eagle Industries mag pouches. Those are incredible quality however I cant seem to find any that would fit a .308 AR 10 mag. Any recomendations for a mag pouch that fits Ar10 mags chambered in .308? Thx!

Good home defense shotguns? I cream at the thought of a Benelli M4, but I'd rather just get a good quality pump action.
Also how would an AR-15 80% lower work legally for me in Wyoming? If I bought a lower and had it shipped to me, can I legally have it machined and made functional without a tax stamp, serial number etc. if I built one? I want to either build one, or buy a good one soon. I don't know what's going to happen with builds or the rifle itself, but I'd rather get one or make one very soon.Misc Firearms Crew
