Ho Lee chit dude. I was gonna joke about your boomer doc scaring you but those are some serious numbers.
Do you have some kind of congenital condition which makes you sensitive to salt? In studies, salt consumption is positively correlated with life expectancy and there is no upper limit on this.
If you seriously want to drop those numbers without meds, do a low carb diet.

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.

Zero fibre diets have a100% cure rate for IBS, that's why.
Ah, I see we are in quack territory with that guy, which explains the lack of logic.

I had really bad coughing all day long/irregular heartbeats which seemed to be the result of that & ended up in A&E at my local hospital-that isn't my regular number, but I do run high. When the coughing went down it would have come down naturally, but I got stuck on BP medicine for 2 weeks which I now know after finishing it on Wednesday & feeling great today for the first time in ages was messing me up with side effects.

He's not a quack. According to him he lost his medical license because he wasn't pushing enough patients to have surgery and was suggesting alternatives to surgery first. Supposedly they voted to reinstate his medical license but he decided entrepreneurship was the path forward.
I'd have thought this is bull**** if I didn't know a ton of people in the industry. If you're not aware the medical industry is a for profit industry. If you are a surgeon you are expected to operate on as many people as possible. For cosmetic procedures/surgeries some people receive sales training & even commission because you are literally selling/convincing people on the procedure. Which is why I'm more inclined to believe him.
Also in my experience you can pretty much go to nearly any Doctor and request whatever you want prescribed. If you're going to be a long term patient you can get pretty much any prescribed drug you want. On one hand its great if you're one of us into anablics and lifting. On another hand it makes me not trust doctors or the medical industry. These people will literally prescribe a woman testosterone to transition into a male or estrogen for a male to transition into a female. Including surgical procedures. I won't even get into how many other dudes I know that get anabolics legally prescribed to them so they can get jacked and juicy.
The whole 'carnivore' thing has evolved over the years into more of an 'animal based diet'. Where you eat animal products primarily. So its not 100% meat all the time.
From what I've experienced Shawn Baker, CarnivoreMD and Stan Effording have compiled some of the best bits of information in reference to diet/nutrition. There are actually a handful of other doctors that are actively involved in that type of diet as well. Its worked great for me. Its also worked great for a few of my friend/family that suffered from auto-immune diseases.
If you can somehow tolerate vegetables and not fruit what would be a strange one. Vegetables typically cause bloating/gas/digestive issues...

Depends on the Fodmap content-Cruciferous vegetables such as Cabbage, Kale, Cauliflower etc are a no-no, but Courgettes, or Zucchinis as you know them in the US are fine, I Can do Spinach, Potatoes & depending which side you stand on of how they are classified Cherry Tomatoes. Fruit has Sugar Alcohols/Polyols like Xylitol, Sorbitol, Mannitol etc in & I also have problems with Fructose, if I can tolerate it then it has to be in very small amounts like the tomatoes, or in a 50/50 combination with Glucose.
