There's a lot of cars with those traits.
You can't go wrong with Toyota Corolla or Honda Accord/Civic. Reliable, long lasting, cheap.

Tons of choices. Corolla, Civic or a Camry would be my recommendation. Both are cheaper, start under 25 and last a long time. A base Accord might be around 25. They used to be, probably higher now.
Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

Get one of those maverick things, it's like a car with a bed and you can get great gas mileage.
They start at just under 20k so you can probably find an xlt or something for 25

I bought a lightly used 2017 elantra a year and a half ago and it's a great reliable car. Consistently gets 36mpg and I've seen it as high as 43mpg.
Would recommend Hyundai as long as you avoid the ones with CVTsWorst jew in the world.

Cheap, has nice creature comforts, good gas milage, hatchback allows a little extra space in back, reliable. Limited is the fully loaded version.
