Just get a weighted fuking vest and a backpack and throw some books into it and bang out 50lb push ups

I am only calisthenics now. My gyms have been open since June last year and I just workout there doing push ups, dips, pull ups, front lever and planche progression. I'm not putting up pics, nobody here has to believe...but ya, I do look like I lift even in a t-shirt. Calisthenics is good sht, works and is fun. At home I have a tall A-frame pull up bar. really good quality tall parallel bar, assortment of medium to short parallettes and two different weight vest. One vest uses bars and goes from 5lbs to 50lbs other one I use at gym and is plate loaded. Also have rings, bands and a bunch of other misc stuff.

One of the ways to make calisthenics work is to make sure each rep counts, not try to count more reps by making each rep easy. Bouncing, low range of motion, poor form, do it fast as possible so you can do more shtty reps that didn't really work any muscles and then be like 'calisthenics is too easy and doesn't work'.☆☆☆USA �яєω☆☆☆
