can you take ARA with a preworkout snack consisting of protein and carbs? i usually eat this 30-60 minutes prior to my workout and then start consuming a carb and protein drink 10 minutes prior to my workout and throughout it. when is it recommended that i take ARA? i was thinking an 1-1.5 hours pre workout so that im fasted before my snack or right at the start of my workout. thanks

Hey guys,
I've been on a new X-factor cycle for a week but I'm not sure about my dosing.
I take it as recommended only on workout days, 6 pills PWO (with GMS and LCLT), BUT I only lift 3 days a week and I see the recommendation for at least 4...
Should I bump it to 8 pills PWO? Or should I also take it before my Boxing/Kickboxing sessions twice a week... they are fairly intense with some shoulder, legs, and abs work (push ups sometimes), though apart from the leg work it's more cardio and muscle endurance than muscle building....
Thanks!

I've held off on taking my ArA while I'm on a prescription NSAID for my hip bursitis.
There's also some upper hamstring tearing, I believe, on the same leg as a result of altered running mechanics from the bursitis.
My query on the science of this: I'm hopefully going to be off the NSAID in 2 weeks. At that point, I'd like to be sprinting/lifting at full tilt. Will the ArA hamper the healing process of any lingering hamstring microtears?

While inflammation is part of the healing process, and many X-Factor users have mentioned quicker recovery on everything from injuries to the muscle to external cuts and scrapes, I do not like recommending this for somebody just getting off of a serious injury.
I would allow yourself a little time back in the gym, ease into your recovery and then add back in the X-Factor. It should not slow your healing process, but it can make delayed onset muscle soreness much more painful. More pain is not what you will want when you just got back to the gym from a torn leg muscle.

Its been a while since I've run XF, but I have my girl using it to gain and her improvement on her presses and squats are very noticeable. I posted some of my increases in previous pages while on XF and not going to write up her exact stats, but wanted to throw in more positive results from XF. Shes a figure competitor and is debating going physique so the XF is great for the extra muscle growth if she ups her class.

I have finished my first bootle XFA, taking 6 caps Pre-workout and felt good workout pumps so far.
Just started my second bottle and kicked in Glycergrow2 & LCTL and I'm wondering if you can give me any nutrition suggestion.
I'm currently just taking carbs post workout as I'm going for vacation in 3 weeks.
As I was having more all over day pumps during the first 2 weeks I am wondering what I can modify to get best result of XFA.
