I repped xeron or something yesterday for his solid recovery BC he posted a pic
But now I see that it's you, kuzon, who posted a while back this heartbreaking thread that you went from ripped to Auschwitz bc of illnesses.
First of all repped for your recovery!! Congrats. Glad to see you like this again bc I felt so chit for you back then in that thread srs. Second, do you have a pic per week? That might prevent this from further accelerating in a gear / no gear thread. Third, how often did you train, what was your approx # of sets per bodypart per training session, and how much kcal did you consume a day?More plates, more dates

Oh man Kuzon, that's just crazy...you were blessed with incredible fortune (with good doctors, obviously) amid your horrific misfortunes. A lot of people don't survive that kinda thing...you had TWO things simultaneously which are often life-threatening and you beat 'em both. You rock!
Even better, your determination got you bulked-up into great shape, and it appears you're continuing to take the path to higher levels. I congratulate you for overcoming the appalling odds that were foisted on you. Keep up the good work, the "Peanut Gallery" in here has your back.
I just learned something. I didn't even have a clue such a transformation was even physically possible in three months...
...even if there IS "muscle memory." Sure, I guess the remnants of the fine-toned muscle tissue is still there. But, deeAvi, it's NOT just like he's gonna do nothing but eat to bulk up and his musculature is just gonna come back and that's that. He had to put SERIOUS work and effort in, to recover what his body had before the double-whammy. (Kuzon, what was your body like BEFORE all this happened?)

"natty"
This is why the entire bodybuilding community from supplements to competitions is absolutely retarded.
It's 2019. If you believe this guy gained 40lbs of muscle in 3 months, with virtually no fat gain, "naturally" you deserve to lose your 39.99 for his 6 week ab and penix transformation program that he hasn't started selling yet.

Here's a pic at 4 weeks:
And I started at around 5-8 sets per bodypart per week, and now I do 15-20 sets per bodypart per week. Eating 3500-4500 kcals a day. Didn't track because everything was lean gainz anyway.
Thanks brah. Here's me before and after the hospital. Keep in mind I was only in hospital for 3 weeks, and I lost all my gains pretty much entirely in 1 week when I was in ICU. I didn't know you could lose 17kg in pretty much 1 week, and I didn't know you could gain it all back so fast either. I guess rare as phuck circumstances like these hardly ever get documented
Do the miscers ITT srsly think I would come out of a serious infection, barely scraping through with my life, and start sipping capri sun immediately?
Do you not think I'd at least TRY to see how far I could progress natty first?
Srs, some brahs on misc fail to think properly
That being said, I'd have trouble believing my transformation too. I didn't know muscle memory could make you gain faster than if you were on cell tech.Last edited by Kuzon; 07-30-2019 at 10:21 PM.

If you've done the hard work then muscle memory will reward you. I took a year off lifting, or thereabouts, and pretty much even after 2 weeks I was blowing up. 4 weeks I was back to about 3/4 strength and size. 2 months later it was like nothing had changed.
The only downside though is if you stop lifting for like 2 weeks you start getting flat really quickly. Hence why it's a nonstop lifestyle.EoR is powered by unique Nanomolecular Hyperdispersion Technology. Giving him high bioavailability and myocellular saturation.
