That might prevent this from further accelerating in a gear / no gear thread. Third, how often did you train, what was your approx # of sets per bodypart per training session, and how much kcal did you consume a day?

I just learned something. I didn't even have a clue such a transformation was even physically possible in three months...

not really gains since you dont lose muscle it just stays as a flat fiber so you just got your old gains back

But, deeAvi, it's NOT just like he's gonna do nothing but eat to bulk up and his musculature is just gonna come back and that's that. He had to put SERIOUS work and effort in, to recover what his body had before the double-whammy. (Kuzon, what was your body like BEFORE all this happened?)

And I started at around 5-8 sets per bodypart per week, and now I do 15-20 sets per bodypart per week. Eating 3500-4500 kcals a day. Didn't track because everything was lean gainz anyway.

Thanks brah. Here's me before and after the hospital. Keep in mind I was only in hospital for 3 weeks, and I lost all my gains pretty much entirely in 1 week when I was in ICU. I didn't know you could lose 17kg in pretty much 1 week, and I didn't know you could gain it all back so fast either. I guess rare as phuck circumstances like these hardly ever get documented

Today people learned about Muscle Memory ITT.

They say it may or may not be real with the amount of Nuclei your muscles have when you stop lifting. I was out of the gym for two years due to work and stress and all of my gains went away. I got back into it and roughly after 2 months a majority of the strength and size that I had came back, probably 3-4 times faster than it took to initially put it all on. You won't gain everything back due to atrophy over time, but the shorter the length of time before starting back up again, the more you'll get back. I was struggling to do my warmups, and after 2 months I was probably back to 80% of the weight, strength, and size I originally had. Everyone is different though and people respond in different ways. But for me I can tell you from my experience it was real.

If you've done the hard work then muscle memory will reward you. I took a year off lifting, or thereabouts, and pretty much even after 2 weeks I was blowing up. 4 weeks I was back to about 3/4 strength and size. 2 months later it was like nothing had changed.

The only downside though is if you stop lifting for like 2 weeks you start getting flat really quickly. Hence why it's a nonstop lifestyle.
