A little, but what are the odds? I am fairly certain it'll come on a Sunday or Monday. Even if I miss the DA and it moves how much do you think I'd miss max vs this being the 2nd time I've bought <20 or now $20 and sold at $28 twice? I forgot I closed my $20 CSP too for over $100 gain each.





I've probably made close to $8-9k just wheeling CCIV never holding more than 400 shares.

AH there was a large print at 4:00:02 and then another around 5:30, the volume AH didn't really speak to retail buying IMO. Maybe a little chasing during that run from 25.40 to 29 but there was a 1.5M dollar sell wall that got obliterated during that run. I've seen rumblings that the DA was finalized AH but nothing any more credible than you can find just reading forums.

The DA is very VERY close. That is institutional buying pushing it up so hard. I didn't even see the $29 spike just $28 and figured it was good enough for me.

Depends on when the CCIV saga ends. Likely AACQ or AVAN. I'd prefer AACQ. Think I'll probably ride Lucid through merger though if they turn out to be correct rumours.

HZAC doesnt have any rumored targets that I know of and may not be better than HZON. However, I think it will announce much sooner than HZON and the warrants and shares are low. Unlikely to go down from here on DA announcement.

It has to be one of the most under the radar large trust spacs due to announce soon. It's crazy, barely any followers on ST and a discord channel on internation spac station was created less than a week or two ago. I dont think people realized that Ken Moelis,legendary IB, is running the spac. I'm deep in warrants. Went in a little too hard too early. Its crazy the dip the other day, ACIC W were at 1.5 and TWND W were at 1.3. I really think this year is a great chance to use SPACS to become a millionaire. We've got a good 6-12 months before it falls apart probably.

If CCIV rips upwards, it should spike all spacs. Would be tendilicious.

I think we are going to see a wave of new spac investors in general and with CCIV. However, there are a record amount of spacs and eventually there wont be many great companies to take public. I think we still have a good batch coming and then maybe 1 or 2 more cycles before it dries up. If CCIV rips, we could see warrants start at $2 or higher across the board. Might mean a move to units might be the play.

Besides CCIV, currently holding PDAC and SV warrants. Both have top notch management teams with backgrounds in green/clean energy. And both just recently filed for second SPACS, which sometimes can be an indicator that they are close to completing their first one.

This is what I'm planning as well. I can be patient with little downside risk and hopefully hit a 50-100% gain from any rumors

PTIC commons are trading at $10.30 which I think is pretty dam solid (3% risk). Hennessey team leads it and they are looking for a real estate related company to take public. This is their 2nd real estate focused SPAC and their previous one is trading around $18 a share which would be like a 75%ish return if their 2nd acquisition did the same. Based on that info (this is their 2nd) I am assuming too they've already got a 2nd company lined up and ready to go so I am anticipating an announcement within 3 months presumably. I bought units that come with 1/3 of the warrant so I've got like 200 warrants as well if I were to split. I think it costs like $40 to split a ticket on TDA right? So if I was you I'd just buy commons.

DLACU I bought at $10.80 so considering they are selling for less than that currently I guess I'd have to say they are a deal right? This one only trades as units for the moment however so you'd have to deal with getting them split eventually.

I really like CRHC, but just don't wanna add at nearly 10.90 I'd rather buy at 10.6
