I'm lifting weights, some cardio daily
Eating pretty well and clean, I'm not dropping any weight though and at this point i dont know anymore. Haven't dropped any weight lately and im not sure how my diet could be causing this
I don't really measure but my food is just potatoes, pork, chicken, eggs, and oatmeal/protein powder

I highlighted what you're doing wrong; eating "pretty well" doesn't tell me how many calories you're eating. You're also not measuring and tracking so that means you're eating at or above your maintenance calories.
Also of note, I don't see any fruits and vegetables in your list, you do realize there is something called micronutrients right? All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Download my fitnesspal and use it daily.. buy a food scale aand weigh everything.. try Intermittent fasting 16/8 to start.(unless your diabetic or pre diabetic) if so, don't do Intermittent Fasting. Ive been there dude.. i've gone from 250 to 155 in 7 months.. then blew back up to 240.. now back at 200

agreed to a degree ^
my maintenance currently is ~3k during IF it would be a little difficult for your average person to virtually consume that many calories in a single sitting (IF based diet with very large fasting days and short eating window)...but in a regular diet where you're eating every X hours or 3-5 times a day...you can easily consume that many and more especially if you aren't tracking...if this makes sense.
idk just my look at it...

You're right that you can go over if you aren't tracking, but that's true of IF or not-IF.
I don't want people to think I am criticising people who do IF - if it works then fab, whatever gets you to your goal, but I just don't agree with all of the people writing about IF and Keto as if they're the magic bullet and guarantee of weight loss. Better words could not have been said. No diet/ eating plan works unless you are in a calorie deficit. You can get fat eating high protein diets, healthy food diets, IF diets, Keto diets even liquid diets.
No set diet style is needed just eat less calories then your body requires and you will lose weight there is no other choice its the laws of physics.

Absolutely not, I probably train harder than most on this board will ever attempt but I figured even with the 3hour GYM sessions between weights, cardio and HITT that i should be losing something by now?
So i woke up today and the weight is down but not where i want
I think the carbs pump me up full of water qnd it gets harder to lose weight based on gym alone
also, i am fairly positive my calorie intake isn't really that high but idk, i will keep trying
I was close to giving up the other day but i have to keep goingProgress=Lifting Heavier

So I changed something up. I knew I wasn't eating that much or getting that much food in me so I made one change
I use olive oil on eggs, potatoes, rice, chicken or beef when I cook i need to use oil
I cut out the oils completely and I am now down 5lbs since last week!
Basically the olive oil is bringing me much more calories than I need but like I said before sometimes i workout 2-3 hours in the gym and I wasn't losing any weight
But now with no fatty olive oil in my meals I've lost 5lbs on the scale in a week
Do i just keep going or at a certain point the calories are too low and the training to extreme to make progress?Progress=Lifting Heavier
