    Control your descent more. it looks like your dive bombing and when you change direction to squat up you're not maintaining tightness.

    Descend slower and control the change in direction more.

    I tried to do as you said. Bar path was definitely better, still not perfect but there was no major shift forward like in the video above. The weight felt a bit heavier but probably I just need to get used to the slower descent. Thanks

    Are you bracing properly? When I take my breath in, it takes 1-2 seconds to get enough air in to be properly braced. It looks like (from the video anyway) you aren't breathing in all the way.
