yep just reel to tension on the line, then alternate up down on the left stick while rotating the right when the fish is not struggling, and push down on the right when it is so it doesnt take line. I also use my eagle eye to spot the legendary underwater, then cast where it is and reel in quickly so it takes the hook really close to shore and I can just nearly insta reel it in for the catch. Seriously have caught most legendaries befoe they even have time to struggle by hooking them 5 feet from shore and just reeling hard and up/down the left stick right away.

I had all three, but I liked that reverse blue roan Nokota so I canned the white one, and because it was a female lulz. I've got the rose grey one and that horse didn't even buck me off when a cougar was on my ass. He's pretty stellar and easily the best out of the 4 I have. I don't like arabians in general. Don't know why they made them the top tier in the game.

so i tried to snag my first legendary fish up at elysian lake. i used the special lake lure, but i must have cast 20 times and not a single bite.

When. You pull out pole. Look up top ,it tells you river lake etc ,pretty sure that's steelhead trout ,need to use river lure ,there is avglitch ,you might keep catching 19 lb muskies ,after I killed legen moose ,who is in same area I got trout first cast after ,hth

Dutch is just a man trying to fight his own nature.

The idea of playing Dutch doesn’t sound that appealing after playing RDR2 but I have faith that Rockstar could make it work. It’d be a younger Dutch before he lost it. The guy who could inspire all of these characters to join him and stick around for years.

It’s all set up for Dutch. Wild West was in its hey day. Build the gang. End with the Blackwater job that went bad

That was the point I was trying to drive though. There was never a time where Dutch lost it, so to speak. He was crazy from the get-go. Refer to one of Arthur's lines in the game about how people never really change - they simply become more and more of who they were really meant to be.

A huge part of why he was so charismatic and why so many people decided to follow him was because he was crazy and carried himself like a messiah, preaching this idea of an anarcho-communist utopia free of industrialization and government intervention, an idea that in his eyes, readily justified robbing and killing people. He was quite literally what Charles Manson would have been if he were a cowboy - except Dutch is worse because his kill-count is well into the hundreds and even thousands if you count the total number of kills his gang commits over the course of the game.

The only reason why all of those people managed to stay alive longer than a few months was because Hosea kept Dutch in check. Notice the extreme spike in the number of gang members that either died or left the the gang as soon as Hosea was killed. Hosea was a pragmatic man and a quiet thinker but master planner who left the task of commanding and doling out force to Dutch. Without Hosea, Dutch was a complete and total failure of a leader.

Hosea wanted to get out of the violence and do what Marston ended up doing at the end of the game, not because he was a coward, but because he knew Dutch's vision was unsustainable and impossible, and therein lies the core of Dutch's insanity: he thought that with enough force and enough violence, he could revert things back to the way of the wild west, free of government interference and modernization.

The truth is, Dutch never had a plan to get out of the criminal life. Hosea did. All Dutch ever wanted to do throughout the course of the game was to keep the ball rolling and keep things the way they were.

I've pretty much had a $500+ bounty in every county/city in the game. Fast travel has never once been available to me because you have to be completely bounty free.

I don't even want a bounty, some kunt just will walk in front of me and die and then the law comes and then I got to kill the law, then there are witnesses and then you got to kill those witnesses and the cycle goes on and before you know it you have the maximum amount of bounty $.

If anyone is in chapter 4 I highly recommend saving before doing every main mission especially if you want to explore, hunt or whatever. I decided to move on to chapter 5 since I crafted all the satchels and kinda regretting it. Story starts to move really fast and I wanted to get all the legendary animal before I finished the story.

Can you have more than 4 horses at a time? The stables are full and I've had to let some hnnng horses go because of this.

I'm riding the golden Turk, but I miss the war horse.
