Whats the best pre workout?

Which brand would you say it gets you the most energic for the gym, i've never tried one so idk, i need one (or at least try it out for the first time) bcz even getting enough sleep and rest, for some reason i cannot focus on the gym, and that brings me damn yawns, i've tried coffe but it does barely anything to me, as well as drinking monster or red bull, which i dont feel any diference either, which makes me think i need something stronger.

So yeah, bes pre workout you can think of?

What is your typical stimulant intake like? Coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc. How much caffeine are in the red bulls and monsters you don't feel anything from?

If it's just plain ol' simple energy you're looking for, a caffeine tab might be good enough.

It's going to come down to what you prefer in your preworkout (i.e. focus on pumps, focus, high/low stims, etc.).

The best way to find out what you like is to try a few different products.

I would suggest checking out Mypre V2, White Flash, and/or P.P.K.

As Farley mentioned. If you're yawning in the gym you may not be getting as much sleep as you think you might be.

How many energy drinks are you throwing back?

One Monster Zero for example gives me enough energy to smash it in the gym.

You already have some solid recommendations to look into for a pre workout.

I would definitely check out PPK by Blue Star. Not only do you get some great energy and focus but the pump you get is solid, along with some great endurance.

I’ve tried 2, and both had different results for me. I have used White flash and MT Vapor X, WF gives me a steady energy kick and I can power through my workouts, also a decent pump. Vapor X though gave me a lot of energy, but it seemed to wind down before I finished my workout.... which turned out to not really be the case. I experienced the “crash” because I wouldn’t carb load a couple hours before my workout. Did that and then Vapor X worked great for me, minus the pumps... so I just threw in some glycergrow and I was all set.

Hemavol is insane. I used it a few times while cutting, and I had a better pump than if I was dirty bulking. Being lean + hemavol = the best pump ever. It was unreal. Just drink coffee or by some caffeine pills, both are super cheap.

To the OP, what size of Monster and Red Bull were you drinking? Cause the small Red Bull is only like 84 mg of a caff, and a monster 16 oz I believe is roughly 150 or so mg.


So you have to consider A LOT of pres are 250+ on caff content.

out of the 3 I really like Mesomorph. nice balance to it .focus, energy, pump and Strength
Nitraflex is good too.
Convict is pretty strong and may hace to use less than a scoop.

Probably won't get the Condemned Labz again but the mesomorph I picked up a few times already.

The best preworkout is what works for you, my opinion of course. Personally I like the C4 series from Cellucor as well as High Volume from PEScience. Ive tried several other brands but usually come back to these two. I'd like to try Kaged some day but haven't got around to it yet.

Good list. White Flash is my favourite because of its A) well dosed ingredients, B) ingredients that contribute to an increase in NO, endurance, and performance, and C) value.

I’m pretty sure it is cheaper if u lived and purchased in Canada.... Blue Star and Magnum pricey due to shipping their products here from Canada. That’s my understanding

I've tried literally hundreds of them over the years, but keep coming back to the same one.....MT's Neurocore. It's just a solid pre that lives up to the expectations I have for something I pay for. I absolutely loved Ergogenix pre and Iforce Max Out, but Neurocore has hung around for years and is still going strong. It's inexpensive @ $20/45 servings, blue raspberry tastes awesome, and I still get the tingles 5-10min after taking it; every time. At 160mg caff/1 scoop...I do add a 100mg caffeine pill; pushes me thru 90 min workouts. It's just been a very reliable supp for me!
