Week 1: tight solo (1 cap w/ breakfast)
Week 2-4: tight + Retain (1x3 caps/day)
Background = I am 19 years old. I have been lifting as a bodybuilder since high school, which is about 8 months now, but I lifted as a wrestler all of high school. I have just gained nearly 20 pounds in the last 6 weeks (see proceeding thread). I have a little cutting to do, but not bad. I will cut down for 4 weeks before I start bulking again. I have had some experience with Retain, and it is awesome. I have never tried Tight, so I will be running one week solo just to feel the effects while just on Tight.

Week 1 and 2 Results
I'm lovin the stack right now. My workouts have been great, my strenght has stayed strong or gone up, and my muscles look full. I would definatly say that all my weight loss is from fat.
Weight
167.2 (-1.2lbs)
Lifts
BP - 225x1 (same)
One arm rows - 110x5,5,5,5,5 (+10lbs)
Leg press - 630x5,5,5,5,5 (+5 reps)
DB Shoulder press - 60x5,5,5,5,5 (same)
DB curls 50x5,5,5,4,3 (same)
...thoughts on Tight
Energy: Good, but not amazing. It seems to be a slow release, so your not all wired and then crash 4-5 hours later. Like I said it is notable but not anything to "write home about".
Thermogenic: I notice I sweat a lot more while working out, and I have lost a lot of fat. I would account the muscle retension to the Retain.
Initial rating of Tight:
Energy = 5
Thermogenic = 7
I would recomend SAN Tight if you can find it cheap (which is pretty much everywere). It's a good fat burner and a decient energy supplement. Like most reviews I read it's "a solid fat loss product, but not amazing".For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. End cycle (4 weeks)
Weight
165.0 (-3.2lbs)
Lifts
BP - 235x1 (+10lbs) this has to do with a new rotien for my chest.
One arm rows - 120x5,5,5,5,5 (+20lbs)
Leg press - 680x5,5,5,5,5 (+50 lb)
DB Shoulder press - 65x5,5,5,5,5 (+10lbs)
DB curls 50x5,5,5,5,5 (+1,2 reps)
...thoughts on Tight
Energy: After spending a month on Tight, I would say it's prestige as an energy supplement should be ranked amoung the ephedra products...maybe not as an equal, but close. The energy on Tight is slow released and lasts all day long. I had as much energy as I needed to do some crazy workouts (i.e. 60 sets in 60 minutes...that will seperate the men from the boys!), but I wasn't all shaky when I wasn't running around, like many energy sups. As a revised scoreing I would give Tight a 10/10 for an everyday energy sup and a 7/10 for a Pre-workout energy sup.
Thermogenic: I definately did sweat more when I worked out and seemed to cut down with no problem. I would say this product delivers in this department. 7
Final rating of Tight:
Energy = pw-7 everday-10
Thermogenic = 7
I was impressed with Tight and will buy it again. It was extreamly economical and a solid product. As with everything diet and exercise are first, but this sup was great in leaning out.
And I am definately looking forward to trying Tight Hardcore.
As for AX's retain. What can I say, it's freaking amazing. It would be a challege to lose muscle while on that stuff. Definately one of the best products on the market. I was able to bring my lifts up and build muscle while cutting! Gotta love it.
100/10 rating!For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. Good to hear you liked Tight! - and thanks for the review of it . Tight! Hardcore currently has some logs going on by Lionelxxl, GymGrrl, and Skelooth - so far, all of them have been fairly positive. If you're interested in trying out Tight! HC, you may want to check out their logs as they progress.
I remember being relevant.
