    Time to cut?

    Weight 81,5 kg ~ 180 lbs, 187 cm tall. Been bulking since May 6-7 months. Feel like I've gained a decent amount of fat. I'm not quite sure if I should cut or bulk couple more kg to 84 kg? I'd estimate im around 18-19 % bodyfat

    You are pretty much in same boat as me right now. been on a controlled bulk since july when i was 75kg, now 86kg and probably around 15-16 percent BF. I am planning to keep the bulk up until march and then do a slow controlled calorie deficit till summer

    Guys, be aware that unless you are novice lifters riding the "new gains" wave, trying to bulk at over 15% body fat tends to result in more fat and less muscle than if you were bulking at, say (just as an example) 12%.

    Not at all. Lots of guys store fat in thier thighs...when guys cut, legs are usually the last thing to start showing definition...which is PART of the reason legs at natural bodybuilding competitions are often so lackluster.

    Of course, no body can be assessed without the entire picture...of course, if OP has "no" leg development, cutting shouldn't be on his list of priorities.

    Ha ha, no, I'm not mixing them up...Yes, most men store fat primarily in the upper body...but lowered body fat is for "long term storage"...in other words our body uses it last...which is why legs are often the last part of the body to get cut.
