Each serving of uncooked pasta has 75 grams of carbs.
Eating that many carbs X 3 a day along with other food would that help with bulking ?
I am just worried if 75 carbs per meal is too much in regards to insulin rush or insulin sensitivity problems in the long run.

in 3 separate meals?
That's not particulary high carb at all, I don't see any issues.
Not sure if it would help with bulking... depends if it helps you maintain a surplus and pasta by itself isn't all the calorie dense.
Now if you are having bolognese 3 times a day that will probably bump up those calories.. might get a little boring though5 day full body crew

I don't really eat red meat and no fast food and no sugar in any form other than some fruit. Sometimes I eat chicken but I eat avocados for fat. An Avocado with 100 grams of Pasta is roughly 600 calories. That's not bad I think. For my protein I eat eggs, dairy ( no milk ) and whey protein. For fiber I eat salad with olive oil and lemon and 2 fruits.
Ground Flax seed for omega 3.

Glycemic index is affected by the entire meal. Even if you're eating 3 servings of pasta in a meal if you're eating it with fat and protein it doesn't have the impact on blood sugar that you think. You can also switch fully to whole wheat or do a mix of white and whole wheat if it still concerns you.
