hello .. i am currently using a gh booster muscle andro from muscle technology and it is superb .. but now wanted to try something new so any suggestions plz ... m working out from last 7 yrs and can lift big weights like can bench 140kg . squat 160.. dead lift 155 ..
so plz suggest something good which can help me go beyond my 1rm.

Yeah dont have high expectations OP. Pretty much all of these supps are just marketed towards the needy and give false hope for what they claim. If they simply stated the truth to what they actually might do for an improvement of the physique as far as percentage wise, it'd be about 2-5% which is unnoticeable. But hey somebody has to make a living off of others ignorance and their self deception of thinking they can even achieve a moderate physique class body with some joke ass supplements.
Stick to the basics like creatine herbs vitamins. Thats it and if u need a energy boost pick up something with dmaa like synedrene or mesomorph while its still out there. All this other garbage is just an unhealthy amount of caffeine shoveled into these graphically cool containers. Might as well buy you 200 caffeine pills from walmart at $4Mod negged 4x still green crew

Nothing "natty" is going to help very much with that OP. Consistent and progressive overload are what you need. That product you're currently using is pretty bad profile-wise. The only thing it might be doing is giving you a slight libido boost.

I agree natty products aren't going to affect gh enough to cause noticeable performance of muscular effects, but....something like Elixair can really increase sleep and recovery, and yes, GH too (mostly through improved sleep quality). That is a great effect.

Yep. A good training program will help get your numbers up. 160 140 155 (352 308 341 for everyone who uses pounds) show an imbalance that points to lower body and back weakness, most likely. What kind of training program are you following now? Getting that worked out will help more than a GH booster supp.

If anything, try Phenibut since it will aide you in better sleep, and promote more relaxation and cognitive enhancement (mainly memory I find) throughout the day. I am one of the few very early ones who started on this when it hit the market years back...so much research and experimenting with it that I could have probably written a book back in the day. I still take it here and there.

sorry for being soooooooo late in replying ....
firstly .. i dont have any prob in sleeping .. my sleep is i think deep coz i dont even have dreams and once sleeping i just wake up in the morning ...
and m diabetic so from that i concluded that i m lil bit deficient in gh coz diabetics are usually deficient in gh
and from the supp m taking now .. muscle andro .. i have seen huge difference in power in performace like after complete workout i just sit for 5-10 mins in gym n i feel i can do all this again..
so from all that i concluded that it does really helps coz other supp m using along with that is just simple whey ...
bri88col said intermittent fasting .. i eat 2 meals a day one at about 11am n other at 11 pm .. in between one whey at about 2-3 n other after gym in evening or if m going in morning then one after workout at 7 and other at 2-3pm ... is it similar to what u suggesting
