You're too lean to be 20% like someone else said but too fat to show any definition in abs so I'd say that cheap analyzer thing is pretty damn close. I'd say you're no leaner than 15 thoughOriginally Posted by Beachmuscles13

I agree. I wish I knew where to go to get an accurate measure like water dump test, . I have always wanted to do something on point vs pinch, analyzers, mirror etc. I have a thick torso from powerlifting. I would like to know true results either what I want to hear or not. Lean, but if that's 13 i must actually be sub 10 for sure. Thought guys were supposed to start like dying around 6%? Your obviously lean and WAY more jacked than me, its just i have veins literally coming up my abs and up across my upper chest lol.
