Gaspari Glycofuse has 25g of HBCD per serving. Can get it in some awesome flavors or unflavored, check it out!

If you want something cheaper, could just try Gatorade powder or simple dextrin.

Carbohydrates will be similar in terms of performance, but different types are beneficial depending on the user. For me, I cannot do dextrin as a carb powder because of the GI issues. I use HBCD which benefits me partly because its benefit of rapid gastric emptying. Not sure on the pricing of the others

Obviously something like Gatorade is the cheapest way to go. The powder is super inexpensive.

If you want something more complex, I've been using Carb10 lately and that's been treating me well.

Cheap option would be Now! waxy maize. I have a big tub at home that I haven't cracked open yet, but at the time it was one of the cheapest I could find on the BB store.

HBCD is highly-branched cyclic dextrin. Carbohydrate powders are less utilized for body composition, but rather for endurance in high-performing activities

Not really, calories are gonna calorie and even if it did matter, you'd likely never know the difference between sources. MAN has Iso-Carb in multiple flavors and neutral if you want to go this route. A meal before working out then cycling isn't an option?

Sugar obviously isn't good for you in large amounts, but a carb powder will not make or break you. Body composition comes down to how many calories you are putting into your body and how many it is "using."
