Whether they did or not is irrelevant, their builds speaks volumes with the amount of weight they are pushing. Being strong and having a great build is a combination not many can hold, ID and Rocky have reached that level few can achieve.
Anyone can "dabble" become strong and still look like crap, believe me I have seen it.On the list for Bannukah

IDK, taking over the counter test stuff, to me, still is natty because that stuff doesn't do anything
I'm w/ ID on the bench though. I see a 500 or so bench a few times a month but it still boggles me. I will say I've never seen one the way Rocky does it though. No hand off, no wrist wraps. Fuken impressive!
Only 12 years huh lol. Crazy how slow the gains get as you get stronger. I talked w/ a 500+ bench and asked him how long it took for him to go from 315 to 405. Said 2.5 years. I asked how long from 405 t0 500. Said 6 years Guess I better strap in- it will be awhile for me!Last edited by Jtbny; 12-16-2016 at 08:11 AM.

You are missing my point all together, what I am saying is that even if someone is "using" full blown, the chances of them getting both "strong" with a great "build" is very rare.
Most guys who go that route get "strong" yes, but very rarely do you see folks get both strong and built. To get both means you have to also be very diligent with your diet AND in your training. This doesn't come easy, you have to bust your ass in and out of the gym.
We all know using makes it easier to recover but don't fool yourself into thinking there is an easy way for that "overall" look and strength. On the list for Bannukah

There is some steep irony here. The OP posts a 1/8 ROM shrug and gets called out. Most guys who have been training any length of time, see the silliness in what he is doing.
So to show how strong and tough he is, he puts up a vid of himself bending steel. I could not help but notice he slipped things around the end to lever on it some more and spread the load out in his hands. Just for the heck of it, turns out there is what is considered "proper" bending technique. No such devices are allowed. Only a canvas or leather type pad in the palm is allowed or generally considered acceptable.
Meaning his bending vid would get laughed at too if he posted it on a bending enthusiast site. (if there is one...). I just thought it was funny.
And the OP is right. I had zero physique when I was still 100% natural.
There is a comparison below of natty me to Clancy Ross. I noticed we share similar body types and the pic (while not up to the standards of an former icon, I did not think was half bad ...) I used pre-steriod era bodybuilding greats to judge what might be realistic for me to achieve.
And a pic of natty traps. All done without 1/8 shrugs. But...the op is right.....no build at all

I hope you're trying to troll with your pathetic knowledge of bending lmao!!!!
Just a FYI. Leather makes it much easier and less painful than Cordura, which is what the ironmind pads are made of. With leather wraps I probably would have bent that red in 8 or 9 seconds instead of 15.
Gripboard.com has a bending sub forum if you want to learn and not sound like a troll.
You must have missed my exaggerated full rom paused shrugs videos, conveniently.
Yeah you have a great build. No one but you knows when you went to the dark side and who cares. Also it's easier to fill out when you're a short guy, but you already know that.

Actually those that have been around this board for a while do. I shared my experience of discovering I had low t, and subsequent decision to get treatment. I have shared as much info as I can...even getting banned for trying to share. I have openly given my experiences of the impact that it had upon my training. Things like that would be different for all as ( although most people just like to talk in terms of black and white) there is actually a spectrum, and vast differences of a guy receiving Doctors Care vs The Other Extreme of an ifbb Pro.

Nope....I act actually had test levels of a 12yo girl. My free was actually below the bottom end of scale. As surprised as you sound.....I was 100 times more. I suffered a tbi in 2009 and started getting in shape after that near death experience. Despite getting in the best shape of my life, I still felt like crap. After my 3rd yr of not getting any better, my doc did a full hormone panel. He was pretty surprised as well.
We should have noticed my thyroid and realized something was up. (Both are pitutary stimulated and my head trauma must have damaged it) Probably killed any gh I have left, but never even checked.
So yes.....that was all low t and up to that point I was lifetime natural. No PH....or things that were "legal" but essentially designer peds.
That's it man. No reason for me to lie. As I said, I shared all of that as I discovered it in hopes of helping others. I am not a big proponent of it unless there is any other choice. I tried for 3 years, but wanted to get back to a normal life. I was chronically fatigued and could sleep for 12 hours and wanted to nap within hours of waking. It was very bad.....but no point in rehasing......RAW lifts

That's all fantastic except the pictures you posted as a "natural" don't look like a 12yr old girl or any female for that matter so either you were under your "doctor's care" already in those pics or it wasn't as low as you say.
Either way, I don't care. Just passing the time before having to venture out into the blizzard that's now underway.

I am the opposite my Test is mad high but was lower when I was younger, go figure. My doc tells me I was a "late" responder, that it happens to a very few people. However he did say it will eventually drop and when it does, I will know without a doubt
If you look at my time line (20 to 50) you can see I got bigger during my 30's to my 50's.

That's because you don't know as much as you think you do. Evidence is shoin that test (at normal human levels) is not as big a player in muscle growth as once thought. Taken to extremes is another story.
It is why you see scrawny guys post up numbers 1000 plus at times and jacked guys with 350's.
There is also the fact that I was that size in my 20's, so muscle memory is primarily responsible for my abilirubin to bounce back so quick. I have posted pics of that as well....and no one wants to see my stripped perfetto shorts from the 90''s again.
You seem to look for excuses of anyone who has had greater success than yourself. Some might say you are jealous .....but I will give you the benifit and call you a natural skeptic. Sick it up and shut up and train. And yes.....your 1/8 shrugs are just plain stupid....sorryRAW lifts

I don't Base my success off working out. That's the first thing that leads me to belive you are not successful in other areas.
Also, your numbers are not that far ahead of mine and you are not natural. So that's kinda funny.....sorry.
1/8th rep? Just a slight exaggeration there I'd say, sounds like you're jealous, yes?
