Question Does anyone have a recommendation for lube?

Lube for my elliptical, that is haha. Get your mind out of the gutter.

I use the lube / grease that came with my Pro-Form machine, but it doesn't seem to do the trick. Maybe I am not applying enough of it?

I would really love a spray can solution of some sort, like WD-40. And long-lasting lube would be really ideal. What do you guys recommend?

Does the manual recommend any particular grease? I use white lithium grease on my Precor.

I know nothing about the machine in question, but I'm skeptical of spray can solutions for high viscosity lubricants (like grease). My experience with bike maintenance is that grease should be applied very deliberately; partial disassembly of whatever it is where you want to put the grease is often required.

I doubt that something like WD-40 would be appropriate for that application.
