Four brand new TH3's, all in war (which apparently actually helped their matchup), all gone from the clan (and inactive) by battle day without using any attacks, meanwhile a couple top guys have well orchestrated threes and a couple of their TH10 leave after attacking and go to a different clan with a description whining about how SC is unfair and cowardly for banning xmod users without warning them first.

What would you do if you were given power over clash of clans and the clash team? What would you change and why?
This is what i came up with along with a friend just bull****ting. ( In no particular order)
1: different "farming" leagues.
This would be for like matchmaking (trophies) whatever you want to call that. Would be 2 different leagues, you would choose every Sunday and the season would last6 days, everyone would be in the same league Sunday all day. League a would basically be what we have now but with higher league bonus's. Second league you would only be able to attack 2 times a day max but you would only be out in the defense pool once a day. This would hopefully bring back some more casual players and give players a option when they know hey will be inactive for a week or 2. Dead bases may be put into normal league 3x more than casual league to balance things and this would only apply from either titans or champs down. Also you can only pick option b 3 times in a row so you would be forced at least once a month into league a.

3 Mini wars
This would be just like regular clan wars but entire war would be within 12 hour period. So 3-4 hours prep 8-9 hours for war. All troops would be refunded at 100% cost for war cc and war if won would be 2x troops cost and if lost 1/2 troop cost. these would be on top of say 50% war bonus from regular war. You can only mini war 1 time a day. (could also do a take on this but make it inter clan wars with the free challenge like feature.)
4. make air viable again
A new or troop as well as new lvl of lava hound maybe. seems like we haven't had a good air style attack for th10 and 11 after the December update. Dont know what this would be though, maybe some kind of air wizard, not sure.
5. New achievement levels for titan and legend as well as new or updated single player maps.
6. arranged wars - this has been discussed extensively and i see no reason as to why its not in the game.

Wait what.
That is literally impossible unless the average person in the league only attacks once (or less) per day. Basically you are saying, as an example size, 100 villages are in the league, and only 100 attacks will be allowed to happen today (each village attacked once), but there will be up to 200 attacks (each village gets two attacks)

Just want friendly challenges fixed for practicing. Instant troop creation inside the friendly challenge so you can keep trying new compositions, strategies, etc without wasting all your resources and time for a single practice run. Completely useless as it is now. Only time anyone uses it in our clan now is at the start of war because they actually have a war army made.

Ok ok ok, let me rephrase. It's useless for me in a casual clan. I'm sure it's much more useful in a more hardcore war clan that's willing to put in the time and spend the resources. Outside of a war, most of our players make a few farm attacks in the evening, and that's it. They can't be bothered to make a full war army to actually do base testing or extensive practicing. I'm sure that's the not the case for you, but I imagine many people are in the situation I'm in.

Nope, Reddit Omega. Here are some of the recent wars we had, most recently since our lineup is so ridiculously heavy we are getting farm wars. All the th11s are maxed, all the th10s are maxed, all the th9s are maxed across the board 30/30, etc..
As far as friendly challenges go, my biggest issue is that when my heroes are down they are not able to be active for fc defense..like sc really won't even let that slide without gems lol.
