its been a very long time i did a 6 month ransformation and then i stopped working out in march 2015 got back at the gym on jan 2016 i used to never hit legs (mistake i know) im starting to hit legs now twice a week. this is one of my routines would like any advice or anything, im starting to record myself just so i can motivate myself since lately ive been lacking motivation here is the video
