What is the MOST important thing about ANY supplement?
Answer: It must work !
Second most important: It has to taste good. Why? If it taste like feet and cheese....you're not gonna use it like you are supposed to.

My product arrived yesterday and I purposely didn't look at the flavor. I wanted to see if I could recognize it. One sip.... BAM! Watermelon
Now....with an amino drink ... it's hard to disguise the bitterness that is the ACID.
On a 1 - 10 scale...i give this flavor a 10 !
It's THAT good.

I can't speak of the effectiveness yet but here's how I plan on using it.

PREWORKOUTWhy? Because when you do resistance training your brain takes on tryptophan. Once in the brain it is converted to 5-hydroxytryptomine or Serotonin (sleep drug). When you drink Valine...it floods the brain and does not allow tryptophan in so it allows you to use the energy you have stored.

I'll also drink it intra-workout to start the healing process and then drink it post...2-3 shakers full because i hate water and this stuff tastes amazing.

your gonna like the recovery from the SAA blend .. at the dose your using it may go fast, but tell me it isn't easier to recover compared to other formulas you have used.. it may just be me but I go through about 3-4 tubs of this a month because it helps me a lot recovery wise!

These aminos are doing their job.... one way you can tell is they reduce DOMS.
Today will be chest and back so I will double up on aminos .... still can't get over the flavor. Unreal good!

I do believe Finaflex will promote muscle strength by aiding in recovery. It mixes really well.... just a few shakes and it's ready. Now for the "let it set" test.

Lots of aminos will turn horrible after they are activated.... let's see how these taste after they sit for 5 hours.

keep them out of the heat and direct sunlight, and they seem to do alright. fail to do that and they behave like most other bcaas.

Well.... as most BCAA's do... they do turn bitter. However..... this was still tolerable. I haven't done enough research on the effectiveness of "old" BCAA's but as for the taste...these were still drinkable. Other brands I've used were completely intolerable after less than an hour.
I'm still getting good recovery times so I feel certain they are doing their job.
And again...I can't say how good the flavor is enough !

I noticed too that in the direct sunlight the coloring (which is minimal anyhow) goes away.

I'm still getting great results.... recovery time is minimized which makes it easier to go hard when that muscle group comes around.

I'm still drinking 2-4 shakers per day.... almost out of product.... I haven't gotten tired of the flavor yet. It's amazing.
