How'd you get injured?
Foam roller and a lot of mobility exercises (cable and bodyweight) usually does the trick for me.
But yup, I too would ditch chiro. Did absolutely nothing for me when I was involved in a severe car accident zzz

Not sure. From playing sports in h.s. but never bother seeing a doc. Keep putting if off for years and it gotten worse now since I been trying to hit squat PR.

Had In-N-Out last night before the fireworks show, was better than I remembered, shakes have gotten smaller though. Happy 4th bro, keep us posted on the visit, make sure they schedule you for some x-rays or better yet an MRI so they can get a good look at any soft tissue damage you've done to yourself.
