ladder on the deadlifts with 215, extra rep each set up to a 10 repper
up to 5 x 45lb plates plus a 25lb each side on the leg press = now that is impressive and more so after the deadlift ladder done previously
and front squats in the mix also

Cardio... did some mild HITT 4 times... but it was 30 sec on and 60 sec rest

Yep, if you do cgbp right after regular bp the pump can be unreal. Bit of extra volume hitting the same muscles but at a slightly different way.
